We hired Francisco and his crew to do a remodel on a rental property we owned. We had to evict the previous tenant and they left the place in shambles. We decided we wanted to sell the property. As out of town owners we had no idea who to call to help us renovate the property for sale. I was referred to Francisco by a local business. He met me the next day. We discovered a serious water leak which flooded the kitchen. Francisco had a guy there within hours to clean up the mess. Francisco arranged for the cleanup up the entire property and performed the renovations to get the property ready for sale. He performed the work quickly and the quality was excellent. We had a very tight budget and he was excellent in working with our limited budget. I HIGHLY recommend Chavez Construction for any of your construction needs.
